A FREE consultation is suggested to discuss a meet and greet and goals for your birth before you choose a birth doula. This will last 1 hour at the location of your choice.
Four Prenatal Visits
1 hour each - this will also include unlimited text/call support throughout your pregnancy.
This will also include a birth plan creation, basic childbirth education and advocacy support.
This package includes breastfeeding education (latching, pumping, establishing a supply and types of early milk) , stages and phases of labor, positioning of labor, comfort techniques, possible medical procedures seen in labor, and newborn preferences after delivery.
This will be done in the comfort of your home
Support at Birth
On call support beginning at 37 weeks up to 42 weeks.
I will meet you at the hospital and we will rock this!
I will remain at the hospital 1-2 hours after birth to assist in transition and assist with basic breastfeeding/feeding choices.
Three Postpartum Visits
1 hour each - this will include text/call support up to 6 weeks postpartum beginning at your leisure upon arrival home.
The visit can be done via zoom or in the comfort of your home.
This will include physical and emotional support, basic breastfeeding education and support, and connection to resources. Upon request, basic household work and errands.

In addition you will be receiving local herbs with a postpartum aftercare set guided specifically for vaginal healing and support.
Placenta art/umbilcal cord art available (per hospital policy)
Add-Ons
Further Months of Support
This includes:
Unlimited text/call/email support while meetings occur
You can add further months of support from the 8-week period to up to twelve months of support.
This will support your shift in identify to becoming a parent, caring for your postpartum body, making sure your needs are addressed, getting errands/housework done, adjusting to new members (siblings/pets), childhood education, connection to resources and further needs.
These visits will last two hours, up to once a week, and will be addressed accordingly.
